1.5 If you are a private consumer, nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

1.6 Access to the Services (except for any parts we make freely available) is provided only if you have paid the Fee (if you are an individual member) or if you are a duly authorised employee of an institution that has paid the Fee.

1.7 Your Subscription begins on the date you receive email confirmation from CORE Mental Health. It is your responsibility to ensure the relevant person at your school or educational setting receives this information to enable access to the platform. If your educational establishment has purchased physical resources, any issues with the delivery must be reported within 14 days of receipt; after this period, we cannot accept liability.

Refunds:

1.7.1 Refund will be given within 14 days only if less than 10% of the course has been accessed.

1.8 The subscription fee (the “Fee”) is calculated annually on the anniversary of your subscription start date (unless stated otherwise) and must be paid using the method specified by CORE Mental Health via Stripe. CORE Mental Health is not obliged to provide the Services until the Fee has been paid in full.

1.8.1 Effective from the start of 2026, your subscription will transition to an automatic renewal process. Customers will receive a notification 60 and 30 days prior to the subscription end date detailing the renewal cost. The Curriculum may also be used on a portable computer within the establishment. The Home Wellbeing Programme may only be used at home by the purchasing user(s).

1.12 You may not rent, lease, or otherwise provide access to the Services to anyone else, except as expressly allowed under paragraph 1.11.
